These terms apply to your use of ashfordiahome.shop and purchases made through the store.
Store Use and Customer Accounts
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order.
Customer accounts are available. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Do not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's account.
Product Information
The store sells home organization products for desks, closets, and entryways.
Refer to each product page for its materials, structure, dimensions, included items, and use information. Items used to demonstrate a product are not included unless the product description expressly lists them as part of the purchase.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not remove our responsibility to provide goods that match their description.
We do not offer gift cards, subscriptions, or customer-customized products.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Changes to listed prices do not change the price of an order we have already accepted.
Orders
Review your order before submitting it. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, delivery is outside our service area, or an order contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not increase the amount charged or substitute another product without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected order or item and refund the amount paid.
