Delivery Area

Ashfordia Home delivers to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Service and Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Orders are shipped from the United States. Customers do not pay import duties or customs clearance charges.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Our order cutoff is 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Orders received before the cutoff enter processing that business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 business days from the start of processing.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Central Time follows seasonal daylight saving time changes.

Carriers and Tracking

We select the carrier according to the order and delivery address. When your order ships, we email the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. To request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether the order has already been dispatched.

Shipment Problems

If tracking appears incorrect, an order has not arrived within the stated delivery period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and offer the choice to accept the revised date or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and refund your payment.
